Vinyl and Vintage

Sorry guys closed on the 10th but back open on the 11th – tons of new used stock in and getting festival and party ready with glow sticks at £1 each and Bunny Ears at £2 each. Plus a new collection of vintage comics and more used and new gig t-shirts in store. New selection of vintage and promo posters from Black Stone Cherry to Sheryl Crow, including Slipknot, Avril Lavigne, U2 to name just a few…… Hope to see you all soon !

RSD 2026 Will be held this year on Saturday 18th April 2026

Same rules apply as they have done for the last 16 years we have been participating. We can not save any records for anyone. If you intend to come to VNV and want to give me your WISH List please do so here or whatapp on 07760168972 or email its.foryou@hotmail.co.uk. You will have to provide your name and telephone number so we can get back to you to confirm when its in store for you to Q.

There are hundreds and hundreds of releases we can not possibly afford to order them all so give me your wishes and i`ll do my best to order and get in store for the 18th. I will post a full list here on my site the week of RSD so you can check that what you want has indeed arrived in store. Doors will open at 8am – records are sold on a first come first served basis.. Stock is limited and some are very hard to get, but we usually get a good allocation. If there are only 1,000 records pressed of a title and nearly 300 shops in the uk participating when we say we only have 2 copies you can do the math we did quite well ! Other releases there will be plenty of stock, but its still a limited and exclusive edition only available for RSD participating independant shops like Vinyl and Vintage.

So we hope to see you all on RSD and hopefully before !. Remember it is only www.vinylandvintage.net    no other prefix or additions to our website address. We do not sell on our site however, we do sell on discogs.

Here are our opening hours during the Christmas and New Year period.

We are planning on having a small selection from Black Friday but only 3 records arrived so far – i`ve been informed that more will arrive by Thursday next week !! They do like to cut it fine !

I have had a call about a copied vinyl and vintage site..,, they are scammers ! We do not sell vinyl direct from our website ie here, make sure it is only www.vinylandvintage.net  ( without any other prefixes after it ) We only sell on discogs search direct its for you music or follow the link in the menu. Or of course visit the shop… If a site offers repress new vinyl like pink floyd, guns n roses, nirvana and many more for £5 each surely if it sounds to good to be true it probably and on this instance is !

We will be open on Saturday 22nd November then on Thursday 27th onwards as usual, some shop maintenance that can`t be helped.

We are going to be closed Sunday through Wednesday for the next two weeks ( 28th to 1st Oct and 5th to 8th Oct ) but open as usual on the Thursday, Friday and Saturdays… 10 am to 4.30pm

Loads more used records and cds in store. A great collection of Bob Dylan Books and Cds including imports. Soundtracks on vinyl and some good every day collection fillers from the 70s to 2025s. New Simple Minds and Billy Idol releases and lots of great metal vinyl including Iron Maiden, Metallica etc. Open Tuesday through Saturday 10-4.30 but closing at 2pm on Thursday 8th May and closed Friday 9th May for essential building works. Back open on Saturday 10th as usual. There is still some good titles remaining from our RSD including Black Sabbath, Wasp, Dokken, Peter Tosh, Ice T, Snoop Dogg and others.
